Enjoy everything Breck has to offer from this downtown Village 1-bedroom. Large covered deck. Ski-in/ski-out, located directly at the base of Peak 9 and 1/2 block from Main St. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace (rare find!). The bedroom features a king bed. The living room features a sofa bed and is open to the dining and large kitchen. Park up to 1 car in the underground parking garage (not guaranteed until confirmed by host). Coin-op laundry. Pool/hot tub closed until December.
Other things to note:
Guests have the ability to park 1 car in the underground garage (height restriction 7'6"). A parking reservation must be made and paid for by the host so parking cannot be guaranteed until the time of booking. Cancellation without penalty will be offered if a parking space cannot be reserved.
There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended.
This condo is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft.
Icy and snowy conditions do exist at the property so guests must be careful when walking and driving.
Town of Breck noise ordinance is in place from 11pm-7am.
Please do not wear shoes on the carpet.
Access to common amenities including outdoor pool and hot tubs: These amenities are mostly closed due to COVID restrictions and current pricing reflects that since access cannot be guaranteed for your dates of stay- please contact Jesse for current status. Update: the health club (pool, hot tubs and fitness center) is closed for remodel with an expected re-opening in December.
There is no air conditioning.
