As you enter the main level of the home you will find an open floorplan with a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an induction stovetop, double oven, oversized refrigerator, wine cooler and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The kitchen flows directly into the dining room where there is additional seating for six and a cozy living area which is conveniently divided into two seating areas.

The living area offers floor to ceiling windows which provide ample natural light and amazing views of Quandary Peak and local wildlife. Cozy up on the couch with your loved ones, enjoy a cup of hot cocoa or a glass of wine and take in the ambiance of the gas fireplace or resign to the secondary seating area to enjoy a book or an intimate conversation with a friend.

Adjacent to the living area is a full bathroom with a vessel sink and a walk-in shower and a bedroom with a queen sized bed and flat screen tv.

There are two sets of sliding glass doors in the living room that open up to a large deck with a hot tub, grill and chiminea. You will find ultimate relaxation while soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the fresh mountain air.

On the upper level of our home, you will find another full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a gorgeous master suite. The master suite is very inviting with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and a canopy queen sized bed and flat screen tv. Sliding glass doors open up to a small deck which overlooks Quandary Peak and the pond below. The master bathroom is equipped with a double vanity, walk-in shower with herringbone tile surround and barn style glass enclosure, as well as a separate make up vanity. An adjoining water closet houses the toilet for added privacy.

In the walkout basement you will find a door on your right that leads to a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. To the left, is a den with a fireplace and flat screen tv. This is the perfect spot for the kids to gather and watch a movie or play games together. You will also find the third bedroom which has a queen size bed and pack n play along with two bonus rooms one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed. The lower level allows walk out access to the outdoor space and a private pond. The pond provides fun for the whole family with fishing and paddle boarding.

This home is immersed in nature and provides a very private setting for you and your family and friends. We look forward to hosting you soon.

There is a small hill in front of the house that is great for the kids to sled on. We do provide sleds.

This house is located approximately 15 minutes to the base of the ski area.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

Pack n' plays may be available upon request. Please let us know if you will need one during your stay.

> 4WD/AWD vehicle is necessary due to steep mountain terrain. Please note there is no access to the garage.
