The house has a one-car private garage and one parking space in front of the garage and that is the only onsite parking available. Additional vehicles or vehicles that exceed the height or length of the garage will need to pay for overnight parking at a town parking lot.

Ski in via 4 O'Clock run and the Skyway Skiway which will take you to the back of the complex and just steps from your condo (pease note that this run may not be skiable in late season due to snow conditions). The unit is also a brief walk to the BreckConnect Gondola which takes you to the base of Peaks 7 and 8. Also at the base of the gondola is the Breckenridge Transfer station, with buses that can take you to Keystone or Arapahoe Basin for more mountain options or Frisco or Silverthorne for more shopping options.
