This 3-bedroom + den, 4-bathroom deluxe townhome has plenty of space for families and groups of up to ten people. Features an open floor plan, large kitchen, a gas fireplace, 4 full bathrooms, private hot tub, grill, two car garage, two decks, backyard and fantastic mountain views. Great for winter and summer. Easy access to highway 9 and has a free private shuttle to Breckenridge Ski Area. One dog allowed, no fees!

+ December 1st through March operating 7 days a week between 8am and 5pm. Shuttle will loop through the neighborhood at the top of every hour. To catch it just wait at the end of the driveway. Beginning on April 1st, the shuttle will operate on an abbreviated schedule, running only from Thursday–Sunday. Please be aware that the last day for shuttle service will be Sunday, April 14th.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.
Pack n' plays may be available upon request. Pack n play sheets are not provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

-There is no air conditioning. (Most places in our area do not have it!)
-There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required.
-This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Visit the CDC website for information on the potential effects of high altitude.***
-While we accept dogs, please be a respectful dog owner. It is expected that dog owners will clean up after their dogs, inside and outside. Fees may be incurred if extra cleaning is necessary. The only pets we allow are dogs and unfortunately cannot allow any other pets of any kind.
-The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
-The house has an occupancy limit of 10 and parking limit of 4 cars. -The garage is a two car garage for guest use. Any additional cars will need to be parked outside.
-This property is part of a duplex.
-The minimum age to rent is 25.
-Events that exceed the maximum occupancy are not permitted.

Jesse’s place is awesome! Very easy to find. No complaints at all. He got everything we need in place, felt like home away from home. He was very responsive and made sure we are good before, during and after our stay. Every room has its own bathroom so that really worked out great for me and my couple friends. Jacuzzi is a great bonus especially after being in the cold or icy slopes all day. Renting an oxygen machine would be very useful too if you ever feel any shortness of breath due to the altitude difference which we should’ve done but we didn’t and we still survived just fine. Would use this place again when we come back to breck, Highly recommended!!

This was my first time staying in Breckenridge and this beautiful home made it even more memorable. Absolutely stunning interior and it had everything we needed to comfortably accommodate all seven of us. The beds and furniture were so comfortable, the bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and everything we needed in the kitchen, towels, blankets, etc. we’re there making this feel like home. The location is outstanding, being a short drive from both downtown Frisco and downtown Breckenridge and it was incredibly easy to find. Jesse was THE BEST host I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Extremely flexible and accommodating, and also laid out the check in and check out instructions very clearly making it a simple process. I cannot recommend this home enough and I can promise next time I am in Breckenridge I will 100% be staying here again!
