Open concept kitchen/living/dining with vaulted ceilings. Updated finishes include rustic wood floors, stone countertops, tile backsplash, new cabinetry, stainless steal appliances, iron railings and architectural beams.

Enjoy mountain views of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort, including Imperial Chair, North America's highest chairlift.

Fully stocked designer kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve a meal. Stainless appliances include a five burner electric stovetop, standard oven, convection oven, fridge and dishwasher. A large pantry makes it feel just like home.

Dining space that seats 8 comfortably at the large table and is open to the kitchen and living room, backdropped by a wall of windows and vaulted ceilings to frame the mountain views of the northern 10 Mile Range.

- 10 minute drive to the base of Peak 7 or Peak 8
- 10 minute drive to the BreckConnect Gondola
- 5 minute drive to Airport Road free skier parking serviced by free shuttles to the base areas.

This area is located on the north side of Breckenridge. It is a 5 minute drive from Broken Compass Brewery and one of the best restaurants in Breckenridge, The Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathrooms are fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

Pack n' plays may be available upon request. Sheets for the pack n plays are not provided.

PLEASE NOTE:

-There is no air conditioning. (Most places in our area do not have it!)
-There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are recommended if not required.
-This house is located at an elevation of approximately 10,000ft. Visit the CDC website for information on the potential effects of high altitude.***
- Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
- The house does not have a landline telephone.
- The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
- The house has an occupancy limit of 10 and parking limit of 4 cars.
- The minimum age to rent is 25.
- Events that exceed the maximum occupancy are not permitted.

This home is managed by Breckenridge Cabin Company, a small, locally run property management company.
