All bedrooms feature flat-screen LED TVs for your entertainment, and you can stay connected with free WiFi throughout the house. Additionally, our in-house washer/dryer means you can pack light.

A 1-bedroom apartment with a long-term tenant is attached to the back of this residence. The tenant does not have access to any part of this home. Only a driveway is shared.

> There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time.
> This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Please be aware of the signs and symptoms of altitude sickness. More information can be found on the CDC site regarding high altitude.
> There is no air conditioning.
> Blue River has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters.
> The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by.
