This house is great for families and friends looking for a traditional mountain home while still being close to Breck amenities. Ski-in/Ski-out (depending on snow conditions) The house sits directly on the The Burro trail (not an in-bounds ski run) and guests can ski out our back door, approximately 1/4 mile of skiing, mostly flat but through a few trees. Please note that the ski-in is for advanced skiers.

Free Ski Shuttle: This house is on the Silver Route (Upper Warrior's Mark Shuttle) of the Breckenridge Free Ride. There is a stop on either side of our house and is is a quick 5 minute ride to drop you in front of the Marriott on Columbine Ave, a short walk from the Quicksilver lift at Peak 9 and the shops of Main Street Station and downtown Breckenridge.

PROVIDED ITEMS:

The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.

The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer.

Pack n' plays may be available upon request. Please let us know if you will need one during your stay. Sheets are not provided.

> Ski-in/out access is only for advanced skiers and requires Peak 10 to be open so ski-in/ski-out accessibility cannot be guaranteed. Please check with Breckenridge Ski Resort for open terrain.
